We are confident that we have procedures in place which will enable us to continue to serve our clients during these challenging times without placing our clients and colleagues at risk. All ongoing matters will be progressed and new instructions will be accepted.
We are following Government and Public Health Wales advice and guidance, including the need for social distancing. This advice may of course change at any time.
Our offices will remain open until official advice or guidance changes, but with fewer colleagues in attendance. They will be answering the telephone and monitoring the post. They will be able to take messages, and put you in contact with the person dealing with your matter, if you do not already have their contact details.
Some of our solicitors and colleagues will be working from home, in accordance with official advice. Communications will be by telephone, email or Skype unless a face to face meeting is essential, in which case special arrangements will be made.
We request that you do not visit our offices unless absolutely necessary. If you need to return documents please post them or place them through our letter box, both during and outside of office hours.
We thank our clients and colleagues for their understanding and cooperation during this crisis.
